I recently drove into a local car wash expecting to be greeted by a cheerful bunch of wiry young men ready to shine up my car. Most of us would agree that the state of the education system in the UK goes from bad to worse year after year; especially where state schools are concerned. If you are lucky enough to have any good state schools in your area, they are likely to be massively oversubscribed.
